CORONA VİRÜS TEDBİRLERİ KAPSAMINDA BAKANLAR KURULU TARAFINDAN ALINAN YENİ KARARLAR
KKTC Bakanlar Kurulu tarafından, Corona Virüs tedbirleri kapsamında 14-21 Haziran 2021 tarihleri arasında geçerli olacak yeni kararlar üretmiştir. Alınan yeni kararlar doğrultusunda;
SOKAĞA ÇIKMA YASAĞI UYGULMASI
•14-21 Haziran 2021 tarihleri arasında, haftanın tüm günleri için; saat 00:00 – 05:00 saatleri arasında temel ihtiyaçların karşılanması haricinde kısmi sokağa çıkma yasağı uygulanacaktır.
14 Haziran 2021 tarihinden itibaren;
• Perakende ve mağazacılık hizmetleri ve kapalı olarak belirtilmeyen tüm hizmetler/sektörler 08:30-20:00 saatleri arasında;
• Restoranlar, kafe, pastane, büfe ve meyhaneler ise 06:00-23:30 saatleri arasında hizmetlerine devam edeceklerdir.
• Marketler 07:00-23:00 saatleri arasında açık olacaktır.
KAPALI OLAN YERLER;
-Açık büfe hizmet veren lokantalar.
AÇIK OLAN YERLERDE KURALLAR;
• Tüm kurum ve kuruluşlar pandemi kuralları çerçevesinde normal çalışma düzeni ile hizmet vereceklerdir.
• İşletmeler müşteri ve çalışan toplamı azami 5 m2’de 1 kişi olacak şekilde düzenleme yapacaklardır. Sosyal mesafenin korunabilmesi amacıyla bu işletmeler m2 alanlarını ve çalışan da dahil olmak üzere bir anda işletme içerisinde toplam kaç kişi olabileceğini belirtilen levhayı işletme girişlerine koymak ve bu doğrultuda yerlere işaretleme yapılmak zorundadırlar. Ayrıca hijyen ve dezenfekte koşullarının hem işyerinin içinde hem de giriş ve çıkışlarda uygulanması zorunlu olup, bu tedbirleri almak ve uygulamak işyerinin sorumluluğundadır.
• Tedarik zinciri ile ilgili tüm işlemler 08:00-21:00 saatleri arasında yapılacaktır.
• Covid-19 testleri ile ilgili olarak; aşağıda alınan kararlarda belirtilmeyen tüm kurum/kuruluş ve sektörler her 15 günde bir PCR/Antijen testlerini yineleyeceklerdir.
• Açık olan sektörler, bağlı oldukları birlikler İlçe Emniyet Kurulları, belediyeler ve Polis Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından denetlenecektir.
KARARLAR
1. Ülkeye ada dışı giriş kriterleri aşağıdaki belirtildiği şekilde olacaktır. Kriterlerde belirtilen ülke renkleri her hafta güncellenecektir.
KOYU KIRMIZI;
– Son 14 gün içerisinde bu ülkelere seyahat geçmişi olan kişilerin, ülkeye girişi yasaktır.
– KKTC vatandaşları, son 72 saat ve adaya girişte negatif PCR test sonucu ve 14 gün karantina şartı ile Ülkeye giriş yapabileceklerdir.
KIRMIZI;
– Aşılı olup olmadığına bakılmaksızın, yolculuk öncesi, son 72 saat negatif PCR sonucu ve 10 gün karantina şartı ile ülkeye giriş yapılabilecektir.

• Hastalığı geçirmiş kişi: Seyahat öncesi 30-180 gün arasında pozitif PCR testi sonucu ibraz etmesi.
• 18 yaş altı çocuklar aşılı ebeveynleri ile, gelmiş oldukları ülke kategorisine göre, belirtilen PCR test kuralları (6 yaşını doldurmuş çocuklar)doğrultusunda ülkeye giriş yapabileceklerdir.
• Yolcular son 14 gün içinde ayak bastıkları/ bulundukları ülkeler arasında en yüksek risk grubundaki ülkeye göre değerlendirileceklerdir.
2. Ada içi sınır geçişleri aşağıda belirtildiği şekilde olacaktır.
– Seviye 1 (Yeşil): Test yok, kısıtlama yok
– Seviye 2 (Turuncu): 7 günde bir negatif Antijen/PCR testi
– Seviye 3 (Kırmızı): Geçişler kısıtlı. Sağlık nedeni ile geçişler için son 72 saatlik PCR testi. İş, eğitim, ikamet nedenli geçişler 7 günde bir negatif Antijen/PCR testi.
*Yolcular son 14 gün içinde ayak bastıkları/ bulundukları ülkeler arasında en yüksek risk grubundaki ülkeye göre değerlendirileceklerdir.
3. Yukarıdaki kriterlere göre karantinaya girmesi gereken kişilerin ülkemizde ikamet adresi göstermeleri ve ülkeye gelmeden önce “Güvende Kal Uygulaması”nı indirmeleri koşulu ile el bilekliği ile geldikleri ülkeye göre 10-14 günlük karantina sürelerini belirtilen ikamet adreslerinde geçirebileceklerdir. Karantina sürelerini geçirmeleri amacıyla taahhüt ettikleri ikamet adreslerine ya kendi araçları ile yalnız veya bir şoför eşliğinde yada Maliye Bakanlığı tarafından belirlenen toplu taşıma, taksi, turistik minibüs izinli araçlar ile gideceklerdir. 65 yaş üstü kişiler ve sağlık nedeni ile kurul ile yurt dışına giden kişiler “Güvende Kal Uygulaması” nı ülkeye gelmeleri akabinde indirebileceklerdir.
Yukarıda belirtilen kurallara haiz olmayan, ülkemizde ikamet adresi göstermeyen ve ülkemize gelmek isteyen kişiler, belirlenen merkezi karantina otellerinde geldikleri ülkeye göre 10-14 günlük merkezi karantinada kalacaklardır.
Ev karantinası kurallarına uymayan kişilerin merkezi karantinaya gönderilerek, kişilerin karantina ücretlerini kendilerinin ödemesi ve ilgili mevzuat uyarınca haklarında cezai işlem başlatılması önerilmektedir.
4. Ülkemizde Covid-19 pozitif kişi ile karantina gerektiren teması bulunan kişiler, 10 gün karantinaya tabi olacaklardır. 10 günün bitiminde temaslı kişilerden alınacak PCR test sonucunun negatif olması halinde izolasyon süreleri sonlandırılacaktır. Covid-19 pozitif kişi ile karantina gerektiren teması bulunan çift aşılı kişiler, 7 gün karantinaya tabi olacaklardır. Sağlık sebepleri ile ilgili temaslı kişilerin el bilekliği ile karantina sürecine temaslı birimi karar verebilecektir.
5. Ülkemizde düzenlenecek uçak seferlerine günde azami 6 uçuş ve her uçuşta en fazla 200’er kişi bulunacak şekilde yolcu kabul edilmesi, gemi seferlerine ise günde azami 2 sefer ve her seferde 150’şer kişi (askerler hariç) bulunacak şekilde yolcu kabul edilmesi gerekli görülmektedir.
6. Charter seferler ile bileklik uygulaması tabii tutulmak koşuluyla 4 gece 5 günlük kapalı otel turizmi yapacak oteller, hazırlanan taahhütnameleri imzalamak zorundadırlar. Bu oteller ne konaklamak amacıyla ne de otel içerisinde bulunan restoran,cafe,plaj v.b. alanları kullandırmak amacıyla dışardan müşteri (yerel veya turist) kesinlikle kabul etmeyecektir. Charter seferler ile KKTC vatandaşlarının gelmesi yasaktır (Ancak çift uyruklu vatandaşlar ikamet adresinin başka bir ülkede olması ve ibrazı ile girebilirler. Bu kişiler belirtilen kurallara uymadıkları takdirde merkezi karantinaya alınacaklardır). Bu kapsamda kapalı otel turizm için haftada azami 8 uçuş düzenlenmesi uygun görülmüştür. Otel çalışanları her 7 günde bir PCR testlerini yineleyeceklerdir. Otel çalışanları müşteriler ayrıldıktan 2 gün sonra yaptıracakları PCR testlerinin negatif olmasına mütakip otelden ayrılabileceklerdir. Tedarikçiler ise otel içerisinde bulunan kişiler ile hiçbir şekilde temas etmeden malzeme temini yapacaklarıdır.
7. Yerel turizm yapmak isteyen oteller hazırlanan taahhütnameleri imzalayacak ve belirtilen kurallar çerçevesinde hizmet vereceklerdir. Otellerde görev yapan kişiler her 7 günde bir PCR testlerini yineleyeceklerdir. Yerel Turizm yapacak oteller (plaj, düğün-nişan organizasyonları vb etkinlikler dahil) charter seferler ile kapalı otel turizmi yapamazlar ve karantina oteli olarak kullanılamazlar.
8. Deniz gezi teknelerinin, kapasitelerinin üçte biri kadar yolcu olacak şekilde hizmet vermeye devam edeceklerdir. Tur teknesinde görev yapan personel 7 günde bir PCR testlerini yineleyeceklerdir. Ayrıca hazırlanacak taahhüt formları imzalatılacak ve belirtilen kurallara uyulmadığı tespit edilen kişiler hakkında yasal işlem başlatılacaktır. Marinalar açık olacaktır.
9. Devlet ve özel okullar, Milli Eğitim ve Kültür Bakanlığı tarafından yapılacak plan kapsamında açılabilirler. (dershane, etüt, özel dersler, kurs faaliyetleri ve yaz okulları dahil) Kreşlerde(3,4,5 yaş) ve açık olan eğitim sektöründe görev alan öğretmenler ve çalışanlar, belirtilen istasyonlarda 7 günde bir antijen testlerini yineleyeceklerdir. Yüksek Öğretim Kurumları Milli Eğitim ve Kültür Bakanlığı tarafından yapılacak plan kapsamında açılabilirler. Yurt dışından gelecek olan öğrenciler belirlenen ülke giriş kriterlerine göre giriş yapabileceklerdir.
10. Özel eğitim merkezlerinde çalışan kişiler her 7 günde bir PCR testlerini yineleyecektir.
11. Kütüphaneler sosyal mesafe, maske ve hijyen kuralları gözetilerek faaliyetlerini sürdürebileceklerdir.
12. Çırak öğrencilerin açılan sektörlere bağlı olarak işyerlerindeki eğitimlerine başlamaları uygun görülmüştür. Belirtilen sektörlerde uygulanan kurallar çırak öğrenciler için de geçerli olacaktır.
13. Ülkemizde düzenlenecek ulusal/uluslararası sınavların aşağıda belirtilen koşullar kapsamında gerçekleştirilmesi uygun görülmüştür.
-Sınava katılacak kişilerin ve gözetmenlerin son 72 saat içinde yapılmış negatif PCR test sonuçlarının olması,
– Sınav alanının havalandırılması amacıyla kapı ve pencerelerin sürekli açık tutulması,
– Sınav alanına girecek kişilerin sınav boyunca kişisel koruyucu ekipmanlarını kullanması,
-Sınav alanında masaların sosyal mesafe kurallarına uyulacak şekilde düzenlenmesi
-Sınav alanına girişte dezenfektan yerleştirilmesi kaydı ile yapılması uygun görülmüştür.
14. Tüm ilçelerimizde ilçe içi ve ilçeler arası toplu taşımacılık yapılabilecektir. Otobüs, minibüs, taksi vb. taşımacılık yapan araçların şoför yanlarına yolcu alınmayacaktır. Otobüs, dolmuş ve minibüslerde yolcuların şoför koltuğunun bir arka koltuğunu boş bırakacak şekilde oturma düzeni ile yolcu taşınacak ve bir boş bir dolu olacak şekilde %50 kapasite ile çalışılacaktır.
Yolculuk sırasında camlar açık olacak, klima kullanılmayacak ve araçtaki herkes maske takacaktır. Her seferden sonra araçlar dezenfekte edilecektir. Ayrıca toplu taşımacılık yapan toplu taşıma ve taksi işletmelerinde işletme sahiplerine taahhüt formu imzalatılacaktır. Taahhüt formlarında belirtilen kurallara uyulmadığı tespit edilmesi halinde ilgili mevzuat uyarınca haklarında cezai işlem uygulanacaktır.
15. Ülkeye limanlarımızdan mal sevkiyatı amacıyla giriş yapan tır şöförleri son 72 saat içerisinde yaptırmış oldukları PCR testini ibraz etmek ve hazırlanacak taahhütnameyi imzalamak koşuluyla günübirlik giriş yapabilirler.
16. BM, AB, İngiliz Üsler Bölgesi, Ara Bölge, Kayıp Şahıslar ve Barış Gücü çalışanları, son 7 gün içinde yapılmış negatif PCR/antijen test sonuçlarını ibraz etmeleri kaydı ile karantina uygulaması olmaksızın giriş yapabileceklerdir.
17. Beyarmudu’nda ikamet eden kişilerin Ara bölge ve Üsler Bölgesi’nde hayvancılık ve tarım faaliyetlerini yerine getirebilmek amacıyla karantina uygulaması olmaksızın günübirlik geçiş yapmaları uygun görülmüştür.
Ayrıca şoförler yukarıda belirtilen kurallar kapsamında hazırlanan taahhüt formları imzalayacaklardır. Belirtilen kurallara uyulmadığı tespit edilmesi halinde şoförlere yeniden geçiş izni verilmeyecektir.
18. Berber, kuaför, güzellik salonları ve dövme stüdyolar/salonları 07:00-20:00 saatleri arasında çalışmalarını sürdüreceklerdir. Bu sektörlerde görev yapan kişiler her 7 günde bir antijen testlerini yineleyeceklerdir. Ayrıca hazırlanan taahhüt formları imzalatılacak ve belirtilen kurallara uyulmadığı tespit edilen işletmeler kapatılacaktır.
19. Restoranların, pastanelerin, kafelerin ve meyhanelerin paket servisleri ile dış mekanları ve kapalı alanlarının ise azami üçte birinin kullanımına devam edilecektir. Bu sektörlerde görev alan kişiler her 7 günde bir antijen testlerini yineleyeceklerdir. Restoranların, pastanelerin, kafelerin ve meyhanelerin açık alanlarında canlı müzik yapılabilecektir. Canlı müzik yapacak müzisyenler her 7 günde bir PCR testlerini yineleyeceklerdir. Ayrıca bu sektörlere taahhüt formu imzalatılacak ve belirtilen kurallara uyulmadığı tespit edilmesi halinde sektörler kapatılabilecektir. Bar ve Clublar ise dış mekanlarını ve kapalı alanlarının ise azami üçte birinin kullanmak koşuluyla faaliyetlerini sürdürebileceklerdir. Bu sektörlerde görev alan kişiler her 7 günde bir antijen testlerini yaptıracaklardır. Ayrıca bu sektörlere taahhütname formu imzalatılacak ve belirtilen kurallara uyulmadığı tespit edilmesi halinde sektörler kapatılabilecektir.
20. Kahvehanelerin, kıraathanelerin, kafeteryaların ve lokallerin dış mekanları ve kapalı alanlarının ise azami üçte birinin kullanılacaktır. Bu sektörlerde görev alan kişiler her 7 günde bir antijen testlerini yineleyeceklerdir. Ayrıca bu sektörlere taahhütname formu imzalatılacak ve belirtilen kurallara uyulmadığı tespit edilmesi halinde sektörler kapatılabilecektir.
21. Marketlerde, perakende ve mağazacılık hizmetlerinde görev yapan kişiler her 14 günde bir PCR veya antijen testlerini yineleyeceklerdir.
22. İşçi yatı evlerinin pandemi kuralları kapsamında sosyal mesafe ve iyi havalanan yerler olması gerekmektedir. Ortak kullanım alanlarında sosyal mesafe ve hijyen kurallarına azami dikkat edilecektir. İşçi yatı evlerinde kalan kişiler her 7 günde bir PCR testlerini yineleyeceklerdir.
23. Tüp Bebek tedavisi nedeniyle ülkemize giriş yapacak kişiler Madde 1 ve Madde 2’de belirtilen giriş kriterlerine göre işlem göreceklerdir. Tedavi amacıyla karantina otellerinden Tüp Bebek Merkezleri’ne gitmesi planlanan kişiler, son 72 saat içinde yapılan negatif PCR veya son 24 saat içinde yapılan antijen test sonuçları ile karantina otelinden 3-4 saatliğine alınıp tedavi sonrası tekrar karantina oteline bırakılacaktır. Karantina otelinden alınan kişinin sorumluluğu tamamen Tüp Bebek Merkezi Sorumlu Müdürüne ait olacaktır. Karantina otellerinden alınıp tüp bebek merkezine götürülecek her kişi için hazırlanan taahhüt formu Sorumlu Müdür tarafından imzalanarak bu formlar Sağlık Bakanlığı Koordinasyon Kurulu’na tedavi izni için başvurulurken ibraz edilecektir.
24. Profesyonel sanatçıların tiyatro/konser/sergi çalışmalarını/provalarını hijyen kuralına uygun olarak yapmaları uygun görülmüştür. Gösteriler, salonların azami üçte biri dolu olacak şekilde yapılacaktır. Solanda sosyal mesafe, maske kuralına uyulacaktır. Salonda görev alacak herkesin son 72 saat içinde yapılmış negatif PCR testlerinin olması gerekmektedir. Bu sektörler ile ilgili hazırlanacak taahhüt formları imzalanacaktır. Kapalı alanlarının üçte biri kullanılabilecektir.
25. Müzeler sosyal mesafe, maske ve hijyen kurallarına azami dikkat gösterecek şekilde hizmetlerine başlayabilecektir. Sosyal mesafenin korunabilmesi amacıyla müzelerin m2 alanlarını ve çalışan da dahil olmak üzere bir anda müze içerisinde toplam kaç kişi olabileceğini belirtilen levhayı girişlerine koyacaklardır. Belirlenen kişi sayısına göre içeriye ziyaretçi kabul edilebilecektir.
26. Müzik/bale eğitmenlerinin teke tek ders vermeleri kaydı ile derslerinin başlaması uygun görülmüştür. Eğitmenler her 7 günde bir PCR testlerini yineleyecektir. Sadece bireysel dersler yapılacaktır. Toplu yapılacak bale, dans ve müzik etkinlikleri yapılmayacaktır.
27. Açık alanlarda, maske ve hijyen kurallarına uyulması koşulu ile halk dansları çalışmalarının yapılması uygun görülmüştür.
28. Sinema salonlarının azami üçte biri kullanılacak şekilde kişi alınacak ve salonlarda yeme ve içme olmayacaktır. Bu sektörlerde görev alan kişiler her 7 günde bir PCR testlerini yineleyeceklerdir. Ayrıca bu sektörlere taahhütname imzalatılacak ve belirtilen kurallara uyulmadığı tespit edilmesi halinde sektörler kapatılacaktır.
29. Temassız, bireysel ve açık alanlarda yapılan spor faaliyetlerinin, antrenmanlarının ve seyircili müsabakalarının sosyal mesafe kuralları kapsamında (atletizm, binicilik, okçuluk, tenis, golf, triatlon, bisiklet, açık alan yüzme, yelken, herkes için spor etkinlikleri (bocce ve oriantrik), atıcılık, avcılık (sportif etkinlikler), hava sporları, motor ve araba yarışları) yapılması uygun görülmüştür.
30. Haftalık PCR testlerini yapmaları kaydı ile kapalı ve açık alanlarda yapılacak olan takım sporlarının antrenmanlarının ve seyircili müsabakaların yapılması uygun görülmüştür. Açık alanlarda yapılacak müsabakalarda sosyal mesafe kuralları kapsamında seyirci kabul edilecek, kapalı alanlarda yapılacak müsabakalarda ise sosyal mesafe kuralı gözetilerek ve alanın azami üçte biri kullanıdırılacak şekilde seyirci alınacaktır. İlgili federasyonlar ile hazırlanacak olan taahhütnameler imzalanacaktır.
31. Yüzme havuzlarında spor kulüplerinin performans yüzücülerinin ve lisanslı yüzücülerin antrenmanları, müsabakaları ve rehabilitasyon amaçlı engelli bireylerin çalışmaları yapılabilecektir. Açık alanda bulunan yüzme havuzlarının ek-1 de belirtilen kurallar kapsamında çalışmaları uygun görülmüştür.
32. Boks, güreş ve yakın dövüş spor dallarının antrenmanlarının mümkünse açık alanlarda veya iyi havalandırılmış ortamlarda yapılması uygun görülmüştür.
33. Spor müsabakalarına katılacak olan kişiler ve teknik ekibin son 72 saat içinde PCR testini yaptırması gerekmektedir.
34. Kapalı spor salonları (fitness, bireysel) hazırlanan taahhütnamede belirtilen koşullar çerçevesinde faaliyetlerini sürdürebileceklerdir. Bu salonlar saat 06.00’dan itibaren hizmet vermeye başlayabilecektir. Dans okulları, müzik ve buna benzer okul ve kurs etkinlikleri pandemi kuralları çerçevesinde hizmet verebileceklerdir. Bu sektörlerde görev yapan kişiler 7 günde bir PCR testlerini yineleyeceklerdir.
35. Gençlik kamplarının yarı kapasite ile, sosyal mesafe, maske ve hijyen kuralları gözetilerek yapılması uygun görülmüştür.
36. Plajların belirtilen kurallar kapsamında çalışmaları uygun görülmüştür.
37. Cenaze törenlerinin sadece birinci derece yakınlarının katılımı ile sosyal mesafe kuralı gözetilerek yapılmasına karar verilmiştir.
38. Kapalı alanlarda eylem, miting ve törenlerin yapılmaması, açık alanlarda düzenlenecek eylem, miting ve törenlerin sosyal mesafe kuralına uyarak yapılması uygundur.
39. Toplu ibadetler sosyal mesafe, maske ve hijyen kuralına uyularak ve ibadet edilecek kapalı alanların azami üçte biri kullanılarak yapılacaktır.
40. Hazırlanacak olan taahhütnamede belirtilen kurallar çerçevesinde yapılacak nişan, nikah, düğün, sünnet törenlerinin yapılmalarına karar verilmiştir. Kapalı alanların azami üçte biri kullanılacaktır. Hazırlanacak olan taahhütname imzalanacaktır.
41. Lunapark, festival alanı, tombola v.b. etkinliklerin sosyal mesafe kuralları gözetilerek açık alanlarda kurulmaları uygun görülmüştür.
42. Kapalı çocuk oyun alanlarının ve kapalı oyun salonlarının, hazırlanacak olan taahhütnameyi imzalaması ve çalışanların haftada bir PCR testi yapması koşuluyla faaliyetlerine devam edebileceklerdir.
43. Bet ofisler hazırlanan taahhütnamede belirtilen koşullar çerçevesinde faaliyetlerini sürdürebileceklerdir. Ofislerin kapalı alanlarının üçte biri çalıştırılabilecektir. Bet ofislerinde yiyecek servisi yapılmayacaktır. Bu sektörlerde görev alan kişiler her 7 günde bir antijen testlerini yineleyeceklerdir. Ayrıca bu sektörlere taahhüt formu imzalatılacak ve belirtilen kurallara uyulmadığı tespit edilmesi halinde sektörler kapatılacaktır.
44. İnternet kafelere giriş yapan kişiler kayıt altına alınacak ve kişiler bilgisayarları azami 2 saat kullanabileceklerdir. Bu sektörlerde görev alan kişiler her 7 günde bir PCR testlerini yineleyeceklerdir. Ayrıca bu sektörlere taahhütname imzalatılacak ve belirtilen kurallara uyulmadığı tespit edilmesi halinde sektörler kapatılacaktır.
45. Gece kulüplerinde görev alacak kişilerin ülkeye girişte 14 gün süre ile merkez karantinada kalmaları kaydı ile, sektörler faaliyetlerine devam edebileceklerdir.
AÇIK ALANLARDA BULUNAN YÜZME HAVUZLARINDA UYULMASI GEREKEN KURALLAR
• Havuz suyu klor seviyesi ve pH’ının “Yüzme Havuzlarının Tabi Olacağı Sağlık Esasları Hakkında Yönetmelik”te belirtilen seviyelere uygunluğu sağlanmalı, periyodik olarak ölçülmeli ve kayıt altına alınmalıdır. Havuzların mümkün olan en üst değerde klorlanması önerilir.
• Klor seviyesinin düşme olasılığının yüksek olduğu yüksek sıcaklığın olduğu saatlerde klor seviyesini uygun değerde tutmak için çalışmalar yapılmalıdır.
• Havuz alanına girişte öksürük, burun akıntısı, nefes darlığı gibi belirtileri olanlar havuzu kullanamaz.
• Havuzlarda işleyişten sorumlu bir personel belirlenir.
• Havuz alanlarının kapasitesi 5 metrekareye bir kişi olacak şekilde belirlenir.
• Havuz alanı içinde sosyal mesafe 1,5 metredir. Dinlenme koltukları ve şezlonglar arası mesafe de en az 1,5 metre olmalıdır.
• Bu alanlarda kapasite fazlası kalabalık oluşmasını engellemek için, havuz kapasite bilgisi alan girişine asılır. İçeriye girilmesini engelleyecek basit bir uyarıcı/engelleyici konulur.
• Tesis girişlerinde kişiler maske takmak zorundadır. Tesis çalışanları sürekli maske takacaklardır.
• Her misafirin havuz girişinde el hijyeni sağlaması zorunludur. Havuz girişinde ve uygun yerlerde el antiseptiği bulundurulur.
• Sosyal mesafe kurallarına uyulur. Aynı ailedekiler bir arada bulunabilir.
• Kullanıcılar yüzme havuzuna girmeden önce duş alır, el ve ayak dezenfeksiyonu yapılır.
• COVID-19 temas riskini artıracağından havuzlarda uzun süre kalınmaz.
• Şezlongların üzerinde kumaş minder kullanılmaz. Yıkanabilir/silinebilir minderler kullanılması durumunda misafir kullanımı sona erdikten sonra temizlenir.
• Soyunma kabinlerinin kullanımında sosyal mesafeye dikkat edilir. Kabinler her kullanımdan sonra temizlenir.
• Kişilerin kendilerine ait plaj havlusu getirmesi/kullanması teşvik edilmelidir. Yanında getirmeyenler için havluların poşetli veya bir görevli personel tarafından misafire verilmesi sağlanır. Havlu vb. tekstil ürünleri en az 60 derecede yıkanır.
• Bu alanlardaki plastik ve çelik yüzeylere dokunulduğunda yüze, göze, ağıza ve buruna dokunulmaz, dokunulduğunda eller su ve sabunla yıkanır ya da el antiseptiği kullanılır.
• Havuzların dezenfeksiyonu ve mikrobiyolojik kalite testleri mevzuata uygun olarak düzenli yapılır.
• Havuzlarda toplu aktivite, egzersiz, dalış dersleri vb. uygulamalar yapılmaz.
• Deniz gözlüğü, şnorkel, palet gibi malzemeler paylaşılmaz. İçecek dolapları ve oturma grupları sıklıkla temizlenir ve dezenfekte edilir. Bunların yanında kolay ulaşılabilecek şekilde el antiseptiği bulundurulur.
• Kafe ve restoran hizmetleri sunulması durumunda bu sektörlerle ilgili daha önce belirlenen kurallara göre faaliyet gösterir.
• Çocukların sosyal mesafeyi korumaları zor olacağından bu alanlar ebeveyn gözetiminde kullanır.
• Bu alanların genel temizliği her gün su ve deterjanla düzenli olarak yapılır. Toz çıkaran süpürme veya yüksek basınçlı su veya kimyasal püskürtme işlemleri uygulanmaz.
• Tuvalet alanlarına giriş kapıları otomatik kapı sistemine çevrilmelidir. Bu imkân yoksa tuvalet alanına giriş kapılarının kolları çok sık dezenfekte edilir.
• Tuvaletlerin zeminleri, klozetler, pisuvarlar, lavabolar, musluk ve batarya başlıkları, kapı kolları sık sık temizlenerek dezenfekte edilir.
• Tuvalet girişlerine el hijyeni ve el yıkama ile ilgili afişler asılır.
• Tuvalet ve lavaboların temizlik saatleri kayıt edilir ve görünür şekilde asılır.
• Tuvaletlerde devamlı sıvı sabun, tuvalet kâğıdı ve kâğıt havlu bulundurulur. Hava ile el kurutma cihazları kullanılmaz.
PLAJLARDA UYULMASI GEREKEN KURALLAR
• • Plaj ve yüzme alanlarına girişlerde kişiler maske takmak zorundadır. Tesis çalışanları sürekli maske takacaklardır.
• Plaj ve yüzme alanında tüm işleyişten sorumlu en az bir personel sürekli olarak bulundurulur.
• Her misafirin plaja girişte el hijyeni sağlaması zorunludur. Plaj girişinde ve uygun yerlerde el antiseptiği bulundurulur.
• Öksürük, burun akıntısı, nefes darlığı gibi belirtileri olan ve vaka temaslı personel çalıştırılamaz. Bu belirtileri gösteren misafirler plaj ve yüzme alanlarını kullanamaz.
• Plaj ve yüzme alanında kişiler arasındaki sosyal mesafe en az 1,5 metre olacak şekilde önlemler alınır.
• Şezlonglar arası mesafe de en az 1,5 metre olarak ayarlanır. Gölgelikler arası mesafe şezlonglar arası mesafeye uygun olacak şekilde düzenlenir.
• Plaj ve yüzme alanlarının kapasitesi 5 metrekareye bir kişi olacak şekilde belirlenir.
• Localarda sosyal mesafe kurallarına uygun olarak düzenleme yapılır. Loca alanlarında 2 metrekareye bir kişi olacak şekilde kapasite belirlenir.
• Sosyal mesafe kurallarına uyulur. Aynı ailedekiler veya otellerde aynı odada konaklayan misafirler bir arada bulunabilir.
• Plaj alanında kalabalık oluşmasını engellemek için, sosyal mesafe ve büyüklüğe göre kapasite belirlenir. Kapasite bilgisi plaj girişine asılır. Kapasiteden fazla misafirin alanı kullanmaması için önlem alınır.

• Spor etkinliği alet ve araçlarının kullanımı sonrasında her türlü malzeme ve ekipmanlar su ve deterjanla temizlenmeli sık dokunulan yüzeyler dezenfekte edilmelidir.
• Deniz parașütü vb. bireysel su sporları etkinliklerinde çalıșanlar dahil tekne kapasitesinin yarısı sayıda kiși alınır.
• Turizm amaçlı su altı ve su üstü sportif faaliyetlerinde kullanılan tüp, denge yeleği, can yeleği ve benzeri ekipmanların faaliyet süresince sadece bir kiși tarafından kullanılması ve kullanıldıktan sonra dezenfekte edilmesi sağlanır.
• Tuvalet alanlarına giriș kapıları otomatik kapı sistemine çevrilmelidir. Bu imkân yoksa tuvalet alanına giriș kapılarının kolları çok sık dezenfekte edilir.
• Tuvaletlerin zeminleri, klozetler, pisuvarlar, lavabolar, musluk ve batarya bașlıkları, kapı kolları sık sık temizlenerek dezenfekte edilir.

NEW DECISIONS TAKEN BY THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF CORONA VIRUS
Within the context of the Corona Virus measures, new decisions have been taken by the Council of Ministers of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus which will be imposed between 14 June – 21 June 2021. The rules deemed necessary to be followed are as follows:
A partial curfew will be applied from 14.06.2021 until 21.06.2021, for all days of the week, between 00:00 and 05:00 (Except to meet basic needs)
As of 07.06.2021 Retail and merchandising services and all of the services/sectors that are not specified as closed will be open between 08:30 and 20:00. Markets will be open between 07:00 and 23:00. Restaurants, cafes,patisseries and taverns will be open between 06:00 and 23:30.
Establishments that will remain closed;
-Restaurants serving open buffets.
Establishments that will remain open are as follows:
⦁ All institutions will return work within the framework of pandemic rules.
⦁ In open businesses, the total of customers and employees will be arranged as one person in a maximum of five square meters. In order to comply with the social distance rule in all open institutions and workplaces, and to maintain the social distance in these workplaces in line with square meters, signs and markings should be provided in the entrance of these businesses.
⦁ There will be no trying on of clothing at stores.
⦁ All operations related to the suppy chain will be carried out between 08:00-21:00.
Regarding Covid-19 tests; all institutions/establishments and sectors not specified in the rules below will repeat PCR/Antigen tests once every 15 days.
⦁ Sectors that are open will be inspected by the units they are affiliated with, District Police Boards, Municipalities and General Directorate of Police.
⦁ A consent form will be signed by the businesses. Those who violate the rules stated in the form will be subject to criminal action.
⦁ Birthdays and religious prayer services will be allowed outdoors by taking into consideration the pandemic rules.
DECISIONS
1. The entry criteria to the country from overseas between 03.06.2021-10.06.2021 (both dates inclusive) will be as stated below. The country colours stated in the criteria will be updated every week.
DARK RED;
People who have travelled to these countries in the last 14 days are forbidden from entering the country.
TRNC citizens will be able to enter the country on the condition of a negative PCR test result within the last 72 hours upon entry to the island, and 14 days of quarantine.
RED;
Regardless of whether or not they have been vaccinated, they will be able to enter the country on the condition of a pre-departure negative PCR result within the last 72 hours and a 10-day quarantine.
ORANGE;

People who have had the disease: Submiting a positive PCR test result between 30-180 days before travel.
• Children under the age of 18 will be able to enter the country with their vaccinated parents based on the category of the country they have travelled from and in accordance with the PCR test rules (children who are 6 years old and over).
• Passengers will be evaluated based on the country that is in the highest risk group among the countries they have been in, in the last 14 days.
Border crossings within the island will be as stated below.
Level 1 (Green): No tests, no restrictions
Level 2 (Orange): Negative Antigen/PCR test once every 7 days
Level 3 (Red): Crossings are restricted. 72-hour PCR testing for crossings for health reasons. Negative Antigen/PCR test every 7 days for crossings due to work, education, residence.
*Passengers will be evaluated based on the country that is in the highest risk group among the countries they have been in, in the last 14 days.
3. People will be able to quarantine for 10-14 at their specified residence addresses, depending on the country they come from, provided that they show their residence address in our country and download the “Güvende Kal Application” before arriving. Those who are deemed appropriate to quarantine at their homes will go to their residential addresses either by their own vehicles (without someone else in their vehicle or with a driver) or by public transport, taxi, touristic minibus authorized vehicles determined by the Ministry of Finance. People over the age of 65 and those who have traveled abroad with the committee for health reasons will be able to download the “Güvende Kal Application” after they arrive.
Those who do not comply with the above-mentioned rules,who do not show their address of residence in our country and who want to come to our country will stay in central quarantine for 10-14 days, depending on the country they come from, in designated central quarantine hotels.
Those who do not comply with the home quarantine rules will be sent to central quarantine and they will pay their quarantine fees themselves.Those people will be subjet to criminal action.
4. People who have had contact with a Covid-19 positive person in our country that requires quarantine, will be subject to 10 days quarantine. At the end of 10 days, if the PCR test result to be obtained from the contacts are negative, the isolation period will be ended. Double vaccinated people who have been contact with a Covid-19 positive person and are required to enter quarantine, will be subject to quarantine for 7 days. The contact unit will be able to decide on the wristband quarantine process of contacts related to health reasons.
5. It is deemed necessary to accept passengers on flights to our country with a maximum of 6 flights per day (Maximum of 200 people per flight) and it is deemed necessary to accept maximum of 2 voyages each time(Maximum of 150 people per voyage, excluding soldiers).
7. Hotels that will provide 4-night 5-day indoor hotel tourism, provided that they are subject to charter flights and the wristband application, must sign the prepared letter of undertaking. These hotels must not accept any customers from outside (locals or tourists), neither for accommodation nor for restaurants, cafes, beaches, etc, located within the hotel, for the purpose of using the areas. It is forbidden for TRNC citizens to come on charter flights. (However, dual nationals can enter with and by presenting their address of residence in another country. If these people do not comply with the specified rules, they will be placed in central quarantine.) In this context, it has been deemed appropriate to have a maximum of 8 flights per week for indoor hotel tourism. Hotel staff will repeat their PCR tests once every seven days. Hotel staff will be able to leave the hotel 2 days after the customers leave the hotel provided that their PCR tests are negative. As for suppliers, they will supply goods without any contact whatsoever with the people in the hotel.
8. The operation of boat tours will continue at one-third capacity. Crew operating tours are required to undergo PCR testing every seven days and will be required to sign a declaration of consent. Individuals violating the rules will be subject to legal prosecution. Marinas will be open.
9. State and private schools can be opened in the scope of the plan that will be prepared by the Ministry of National Education and Culture (including cram schools, after-school centres, private lessons, course activities and summer schools). Teachers and staff working in kindergartens (3, 4 and 5 years old) and education sectors that are open will repeat their antigen tests once every seven days at the specified stations. Higher Education Institutions can be opened within the context of plans to be made by the Ministry of National Education and Culture. Students coming from abroad will be able to enter based on the specified country entry criteria.
10. Special needs education centres will continue to operate. Special needs education center personnel will continue pcr tests every seven days.
11. Libraries will continue their activities.
12. Apprentice students will be allowed to resume their training at sectors that have opened. Rules which apply to these sectors will also apply for apprentices.
13. National and international examinations will be held according to the following rules:
-Students and supervisors must have negative pcr tests within 72 hours.
– Doors and windows in the exam area must be open for ventilation.
– Persons entering the exam area to use their personal protective equipment during the exam
-Arrangement of tables in the exam area to comply with social distance rules
-Disinfectant must be placed at the entrance to the exam area
14. Bus services will be allowed to operate between all districts.Passengers will not be allowed to sit next to the driver of the buses, minibuses, and taxis.Public transport will be allowed to operate at 50 per cent capacity. Seats behind drivers will be left empty.The windows of the public transport will be open, air conditioning will not be used and everyone in the vehicle will wear a mask. A consent form will be signed by the business owners engaged in public transportation. Those who violate the rules stated in the form will be subject to criminal action.
15. Truck drivers who enter the country for the shipment of goods from our ports can enter the country, provided that they submit the PCR test they have done within 72 hours and sign the consent form.
16. Within the context of the Green Line Regulation, it has been deemed appropriate for people doing business in South Cyprus to trade without quarantine until 20:00 daily, provided that they submit their official documents regarding trade. Tradespeople are required to submit negative PCR tests from within the last 7 days.
17. UN, EU, British Bases, Buffer Zone, Missing Persons and Peacekeeping employees will be able to enter without quarantine, provided that they submit negative PCR test results within the last 7 days.
18. When diplomats are not with them, diplomatic mission drivers will be able to enter for a maximum of 2 hours for document transportation, route determination and similar jobs, without quarantine provided that they submit a negative PCR test results from the last 7 days.
19. It has been deemed appropriate for people residing in Beyarmudu to cross daily without quarantine in order to perform their livestock and agriculture activities in the Buffer Zone and the Bases Region.
20. The transfers of those who reside in our country and want to go abroad via South Cyprus Larnaca Airport, and those want to come to our country via South Cyprus Larnaca Airport, will be carried out by T-permit taxis and touristic minibuses. Drivers who will carry out the said transfers are required to submit negative PCR test results within the last 3 days. These vehicles must return within a maximum of 3 hours from the time they cross through the border checkpoint. While ensuring all necessary hygiene conditions in these vehicles, a maximum of 2 passengers will be able to be transferred in taxis with a “T” permit and a maximum of 4 passengers in vehicles with a touristic minibus permit.
In addition, drivers will sign a letter of undertaking prepared within the scope of the aforementioned rules. If it is determined that the specified rules have not been complied with, then drivers will not be allowed to cross again.
21. Barbers, hairdressers, beauty salons and tattoo studios/salons will continue their work between the hours of 07:00 and 20:00. People working in these sectors will repeat their antigen tests once every seven days. In addition, the prepared consent form will be signed and businesses found to have not adhered to the specified rules will be shut down.
22. The outdoor areas and a maximum of one third of the indoor areas of restaurants, patisseries, cafes and taverns and takeaway services will continue to be used. People working in these sectors will repeat their antigen tests once every seven days. Live music can be performed in the outdoor areas of restaurants, patisseries, cafes and taverns. Musicians who will perform live music will repeat their PCR tests once every 7 days. In addition, a letter of undertaking will be signed by these sectors and if it is determined that the specified rules are not being adhered to, the sectors may be closed. As for bars and clubs, they can continue their activities on the condition that outdoor and a maximum of one-third of their indoor areas are used. People working in these sectors will have antigen tests done once every 7 days. In addition, consent form will be signed by these sectors and if it is determined that the specified rules are not complied with, the sectors may be closed.
23. The outdoor areas and a maximum of one third of the indoor areas of coffee shops, coffee houses, cafeterias, and clubhouses will continue to be used. People working in these sectors will repeat their antigen tests once every seven days. In addition, a consent form will be signed by these sectors and if it is determined that the specified rules are not being adhered to, the sectors may be closed.
24. Those who provide retail and merchandising services in markets will carry out PCR test every fourteen days.
25. Worker accommodation houses must be socially distanced and well-ventilated places within the scope of pandemic rules. Maximum attention must be paid to social distancing and hygiene rules in communal areas. People staying in worker accommodation houses will repeat the PCR tests once every 7 days.
26. People who will enter our country for IVF treatment will be dealt with according the entry criteria stated in Point 1 and Point 2. People who are planning to go from quarantine hotels to IVF centres for treatment will be taken from the quarantine hotel for 3-4 hours with negative PCR test results from the last 48 hours and then taken back to the quarantine hotel after treatment. The responsibility for the person taken from the quarantine hotel will belong entirely to the Responsible Manager of the IVF Centre. The letter of undertaking prepared for each person to be taken from the quarantine hotels to the IVF centre will be signed by the Responsible Manager and these forms will be submitted to the Ministry of Health Coordination Board when applying for a treatment permit.
27. It has been deemed appropriate for professional artists to perform their theatre/concert/exhibition works/rehearsals in accordance with the hygiene rule. Performances will be held with a maximum of one third of the halls’ capacity. Social distancing and mask rules will be observed in the halls. Those who will work in the halls should have negative PCR tests performed within the last 72 hours. The consent forms to be prepared for these sectors will be signed. One third of indoor areas can be used.
28. Museums will be able to start their services by paying maximum attention to social distance, mask and hygiene rules. In order to protect the social distance, they will place the square meter areas of the museums and the number of people who can be in the museum at one time, including the employee, at their entrances.
29. It was deemed appropriate for lessons provided by music/ballet instructors to start provided that they are one-to-one lessons. Instructors will repeat their PCR tests once every 7 days. There will only be individual lessons. Group ballet, dance and music activities will not take place.
30. Folk dance practices in open areas will be allowed, provided that mask and hygine rules are followed.
31. People will be allowed into cinemas on the basis that a maximum of one third of the auditorium is used and that there is no eating and drinking in the auditoriums. People working in these sectors will repeat their PCR tests once every 7 days. In addition consent form will be signed by these sectors and if it is determined that the specified rules are not followed, the sectors will be closed.
32. Non-contact, individual sporting activities are permitted outdoors. ( Athletics, horse riding, archery, tennis, golf, triathlon, cycling, outdoor swimming, sailing, sports activities for all (bocce and orientric), shooting, hunting (sports events), air sports, motor and car races.)
33. Provided that they have their weekly PCR tests, it has been deemed appropriate for team sports training and competitions with spectators to be held in indoor and outdoor areas. For the competitions to be held in outdoor areas, spectators will be accepted within the scope of social distancing rules, and for the competitions to be held in indoor areas, spectators will be accepted by observing the social distancing rule and in such a way that a maximum of one-third of the area is used. The consent form to be prepared with the relevant federations will be signed.
34. Swimming pools can be used by performance swimmers of sports clubs, training of licenced swimmers, competitions and by disabled individuals for rehabilitation purposes. It has been deemed appropriate for outdoor swimming pools to operate within the context of the rules specified in Annex-1.
35. It has been deemed appropriate that training for boxing, wrestling and close combat sports should take place in outdoor areas or, if possible, in well-ventilated environments.
36. People and technical teams who will take part in sports competitions must have PCR tests done within the last 72 hours.
37. Gyms and fitness centres will be allowed to continue to operate within the framework of conditions set. They will start operating at 06:00. Dance schools, music and similar school and course activities will be held within the framework of the pandemic rules. People working in these sectors will repeat their PCR tests once every 7 days.
38. It has been deemed appropriate that youth camps can be organised at half capacity by observing social distancing, mask and hygiene rules.
39. It has been deemed appropriate for beaches to operate within the context of the specified rules.
40. It has been decided that funerals would be held with the participation of only first degree relatives, taking into account the social distance rule.
41. Mass rallies, meetings or ceremonies are not allowed indoors, they are allowed to be carried out outdoors by taking into consideration the social distance rules.
42. Mass worships will be held in accordance with social distancing, mask and hygiene rules and using a maximum of one-third of the indoor area to be worshipped in.
43. It has been decided that engagements, weddings, wedding ceremonies, and circumcision ceremonies can be held within the framework of the rules specified in the consent form to be prepared. A maximum of one-third of indoor areas will be used. The letter of undertaking to be prepared will be signed.
44. It has been deemed appropriate that amusement parks, festival areas, tombola and similar activities can be set up in outdoor areas, taking into account the social distancing rules.
45. Indoor children’s play areas and indoor games halls will be able to continue with their activities on the condition that the undertaking to be prepared is signed and that staff have PCR tests once a week.
46. Bet Offices will continue their activities, within the context of the conditions specified in the consent form. in the event that a contrary decision is not made. These establishments will only allow customers indoors at 1/3 capacity. Eating and drinking at bet offices is forbidden. People working in these sectors will repeat their antigen tests once every seven days. In addition, a consent form will be signed by these sectors and if it is determined that the specified rules are not being adhered to, the sectors will be closed.
47. People who enter internet cafes will be registered and will only be able to use the computers for a maximum of 2 hours. People working in these sectors will repeat their PCR tests once every 7 days. In addition, these sectors will sign a letter of undertaking and if is established that the specified rules are being broken, they will be closed.
48. It has been decided that the employees who will work in the night clubs will start their activities, provided that they remain in central quarantine for 14 days upon entering the country.
RULES TO BE FOLLOWED IN SWIMMING POOLS IN OPEN AREAS
• It has been deemed appropriate for the swimming pools in open areas to operate according to the following rules.
• The chlorine level and pH of the pool water must comply with the levels specified in the “Regulation on Health Principles Subject to Swimming Pools”, it should be measured and recorded periodically.It is recommended that pools are chlorinated to the highest possible value.
⦁ Chlorine levels must be maintained at an appropriate value during high temperature hours when the chlorine level is likely to drop.
• Temperature measurements must be made at the entrance to the pool area. Anyone with a 38 degrees temperature , cough, runny nose, and shortness of breath cannot use the pool.
• Personnel responsible for the operation of the pools must be determined.
• The capacity of the pool areas is determined as one person per 5 square meters.
⦁ 1.5m social distancing is required in the pool area. Lounge chairs and sunbeds must be at least 1.5m apart.
⦁ Information on the pool capacity must be placed at the entrance to prevent over-crowding in these areas. A simple warning / blocker is placed to prevent entry.
⦁ People without masks are not allowed in the pool area, including site residents & employees.
⦁ Each guest must sanitise their hands at the entrance of the pool. Hand sanitizer will be provided at the entrance of the pool and other suitable places.
⦁ Social distance rules must be followed. People in the same family can be together.
• Before entering the pool, users must take a shower, and disinfect their hands and feet.
• Do not stay in pools for a long time, as this will increase the risk of COVID-19 contact.
• No fabric mattresses can be used on sun loungers. If washable / wipeable cushions are used, they must be cleaned after use by every guest.
• Changing rooms must meet social distancing rules. Cabins are cleaned after each use.
• People should be encouraged to bring / use their own beach towels. Towels are provided for those who do not have towels with them in bags or by a staff member.Textile products such as towels are washed at at least 60 degrees.
When touching the plastic and steel surfaces in these areas, the face, eyes, mouth and nose must not be touched. If touched hands must be washed with soap and water or hand sanitizer applied.
• Disinfection of pools and microbiological quality tests are carried out regularly in accordance with the legislation.
• Collective activities, exercise, diving lessons etc. in pools are not permitted.
• Equipment such as goggles, snorkels and flippers may not be shared. Beverage cabinets and seating groups are cleaned and disinfected frequently. In addition to these, hand sanitizer is kept within easy reach.
• Cafe and restaurant services must operate according to the rules for these sectors.
• Since it will be difficult for children to maintain social distance, they must be under parental supervision.
⦁ General cleaning of these areas is done regularly every day with water and detergent. Dust-generating sweeping or high-pressure water or chemical spraying may not be applied.
• Notices listing the Covid-19 rules and precautions should be displayed in visible places in the pool areas.
• Entrance doors to toilet areas should be turned into an automatic door system. If this is not possible, the handles of the entrance doors to the toilet area must be frequently disinfected.
• Floors of toilets, toilet bowls, urinals, sinks, faucet and tap heads, door handles must be frequently cleaned and disinfected.
• Notices on hand hygiene and hand washing must be displayed in toilet entrances.
• Cleaning hours of toilets and sinks are recorded and placed visibly.
• Liquid soap, toilet paper and paper towels are always kept in the toilets. Air dryers are not to be used.

Rules to be Followed at Beach:
• Guests without a mask are not allowed on the beaches. It is mandatory for guests and employees to wear masks on the beach and swimming areas.
• At least one staff responsible for the entire operation of the beach and swimming area is constantly available.
• Each guest must sanitise their hands at the entrance of the pool. Hand sanitizer will be provided at the entrance of the pool and other suitable places.
• Personnel with symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath and personnel with Covid-19 contact cannot be employed. Guests showing these symptoms cannot use the beach or swimming areas.
• People must maintain social distancing of a minimum of 1.5meters in the beach and swimming area.
• Sunbeds must be placed 1.5 meters apart. The distance between the canopy is arranged to be suitable for the distance between the sunbeds.
⦁ Beach and swimming areas capacity is determined as one person per 5 square meters.
• Lodges are arranged in accordance with social distance rules. Capacity is determined as one person per 2 square meters in the lodge areas.
Social distance rules must be followed. People in the same family or guests staying in the same room in hotels can be together.
• To prevent over-crowding in the beach area, the capacity must be determined according to social distance and size. Capacity information must be plced at the entrance of the beach. Measures must be taken to ensure guests do not exceed the capacity limit.
• Fabric mattresses may no be used on the sun loungers. If washable / wipeable cushions are used, they must be cleaned after each guest use.
• Social distance must be taken into consideration in the use of changing cabins. Cabins must be cleaned after each use.
• People should be encouraged to bring / use their own beach towels. Towels are provided for those who do not have towels with them in bags or by a staff member.Textile products such as towels are washed at at least 60 degrees.
• Beverage cabinets and seating groups are cleaned and disinfected frequently. In addition to these, hand sanitizer is kept within easy reach.
• Cafe and restaurant services must operate according to the rules for these sectors.
• Group activities are not held. Water sports activities can be done individually or in the family group only. Those staying in the same room can do sports together, provided that the reservation and follow-up is made through the room number in the hotels.
• After the use of sports equipment and tools, all kinds of materials and equipment should be cleaned with water and detergent, and frequently touched surfaces should be disinfected.
• Half of the boat capacity, incuding those working for such activities, must be recruited in individual water sports activities such as parasailing.
• Tubes, balance vests, life jackets and similar equipment used in underwater and above-water sports activities for tourism purposes must only be used by one person during the activity and disinfected after use.
